• Nexsgen Realty Sdn Bhd and its licensed real estate negotiators, for the purpose of following up on your enquiry;
• The relevant property developer or its appointed sales team, where required to process your booking or registration;
• Service providers that operate this Site's infrastructure — our forms and hosting are provided by Netlify;
• Authorities, if disclosure is required by law.

We only share what is necessary for these purposes, and we require the parties above to handle your data responsibly.

5. Cookies & Advertising

This Site does not currently run advertising, analytics or remarketing cookies. We do not have a Google Ads conversion tag, a Google Analytics tag, a Meta Pixel or any similar third-party tracking script installed on these pages.

Two third-party services are loaded by our pages, neither of them for advertising:

• Google Fonts, which serves the typefaces used in our design. Your browser's standard request data (such as IP address) reaches that service as part of loading the font files.
• YouTube, on project pages that include a video. We embed these in privacy-enhanced mode (youtube-nocookie.com), so YouTube does not set tracking cookies unless you actually press play on the video.

If we introduce conversion tracking or remarketing in future — for example to measure the performance of a Google Ads campaign — we will update this section before it goes live and describe what is collected and how to opt out. In the meantime, if you would like to limit ad tracking across the web generally, you can:
